Special General Body Meeting adjourned held on 7th December at12.15 PM during the 8th CSOS Conference under the Chairmanship of Dr.B.P.Sharma,President ;CSOS. unanimously approved to resolve that the Post of Representative to AIOS Managing Committee will be nominated by CSOS Executive Body and Ratified by the General Body.

6. GBM Approved the President Appreciation Awards with proviso that;

7. Out standing Dues of Bastar Divisional Ophthalmolgical Society,
Dr.B.P.Sharma has requested to bring an end to this matter by an amicable solution of organizing eye camps to raise funds so as to cover the deficit.

8. Elections of Office Bearer’s.

The Annual Conference of Chhattisgarh State Ophthalmological Society is going to be held at Hotel Babylon, Raipur on 5th and 6th of December 2009.
